How the sampling plan is agreed
Lot size, inspection level, defect classes and acceptance limits are agreed before inspection; one fixed AQL is not imposed on every product.
Where ISO 2859-1 sampling applies, the approved sample size and acceptance/rejection limits are stored with the result and evidence.
