What does DAV EGYPT sell?
DAV EGYPT is primarily an operations and marketing partner — manufacturing, QC, export, and platform support. You can shop supported labels OMAIMA, H LEO, and SEEN, plus select partner products we list under DAV.
How long does shipping take in Egypt?
Standard delivery is 5–7 business days; express is 2–3 where available. Shipping fees show at checkout, and you get a tracking email when the order ships.
How do I track my order?
Log in → My Account → Orders. You will see each order status (processing, shipped, delivered). When it ships, a tracking email is sent.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to selected countries. Shipping and duties are calculated at checkout by destination. For B2B export orders contact info@dav-egypt.com.

Do you have a physical store?
We sell primarily online. For fittings or institutional orders (e.g. OMAIMA uniforms), contact us on WhatsApp or email and we will arrange case by case.
Returns & Refunds
How do I request a return?
Log in, open My Account → Orders, choose the delivered order and tap Return. Follow the same request from My Account → Returns.
Can I return an item without a defect?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt, provided the item remains in its original condition and is not covered by a legal exception such as a conforming custom-made item or opened innerwear.
What if the item is defective or does not match the order?
You may request an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. DAV EGYPT bears the related return cost.
How will I receive the refund?
Refunds use the original payment method where applicable. For cash-on-delivery orders we contact you to agree a bank or wallet transfer.
